Codes, standards, shrink-wrapped items, software and digital products are final sale and can't be returned. Check the edition and format before you order. We answer questions within a few hours.

Other items can be returned with our approval, case by case. Contact us before sending anything back.

Approved returns carry a 10 percent restocking fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
